Craig Adams founded Align Motion Ltd to provide independent consultancy in postural assessment and mobility solutions for children and adults with a range of seating and mobility needs. Based in the New Forest and working across southern England, Craig supports case managers, independent therapists, SEN schools, distributors and private clients.
With a wealth of experience in the mobility and rehabilitation technology sector, Craig has worked with some of the industry’s leading brands, including Spex Seating, Chunc, Permobil & Dietz. His career spans the NHS, private sector, and product development roles – giving him a broad and practical understanding of both the clinical and technical aspects of postural management.
Craig regularly carries out joint postural assessments and reviews in collaboration with independent therapists, case-managed clients, and mobility distributors. His expertise covers both paediatric and adult users with a wide range of complex needs, including neurological, orthopaedic, and developmental diagnoses.
Drawing on his experience in product development, clinical feedback to manufacturers, and distributor training, Craig’s partnership with ErgoAdaptive Group provides clients with access to best-in-class equipment tailored to their needs.
